Graham and Anna are hoping to get their lives back. For the past two months they have been caring for Graham's new-born grandson, Ben, while his mother, Katie, has been in rehab getting herself clean once and for all. Now it's time to give Ben back to Katie and catch up on some much needed sleep - and where better than their small cottage by the sea?

But Graham and Anna find they have become far more attached to Ben than either had realised. When Katie arrives with a new boyfriend, whom she's met in rehab, Graham and Anna become increasingly worried about handing Ben over to her and this total stranger.

A chilling tale unfolds: a boat lured onto the rocks by wreckers, a drowned child and a haunted cottage. Revenge has waited one hundred and fifty years and now, finally, the time has come.

The Wreckers is a new play, specially written for the cast of four by Tom Needham. Needham's TV credits include Silent Witness, Cold Blood, The Bill and Dalziel & Pascoe.
