One hot summer's day in 1862, Lewis Carroll is testing his new camera, and trying to round up five Alices, as the White Rabbit races past, and the audience joins in for a song or two, and-
Oh dear, that isn't how it goes at all! The Georgian Theatre Royal's younger Youth Theatre members present a quick-fire, ensemble re-telling of this classic story. Familiar characters, and some not so familiar ones take an ever-growing and shrinking Alice through Wonderland.
Featuring colourful costumes, fantastic performances and a bit of audience interaction (the Queen of Hearts insists you take part in her croquet game!), this production will appeal to young and old, with its mix of traditional story-telling, theatre styles, and the talent of its 8 - 11 year old cast.
